Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mosaic ("Mosaic," "we," "us"), a product of Sanctum Solutions. By creating an account or using Mosaic, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Mosaic connects to your email (read-only) and reconstructs your sales pipeline — deals, contacts, stages, and next steps — and provides related features including pipeline management, an assistant for your deals, follow-up drafting, contact enrichment, and lead generation. Features available to you depend on your plan.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must sign in with a valid Google account and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. One seat corresponds to one connected inbox/user.
3. Free trial, plans & billing
- New workspaces start with a free trial with a limited number of actions. No payment is required to begin.
- Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe. Annual plans are billed up front.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of actions; additional usage may require a prepaid balance. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
4. Your data & read-only access
Your data is yours. Mosaic accesses your email and calendar on a strictly read-only basis and never sends, edits, or deletes your messages. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect and request deletion at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Mosaic, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; attempting to access another user's data; reverse-engineering or disrupting the service; or using it to send spam or unsolicited messages. You are responsible for your outreach and for complying with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
6. AI-generated content
Mosaic uses automated reconstruction and language models to organize your pipeline and generate drafts, summaries, and lead suggestions. This output may contain errors or omissions and is provided to assist you, not replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you act on or send it.
7. Disclaimers
Mosaic is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reconstructed data will be complete or accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanctum Solutions and Mosaic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Mosaic and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use Mosaic ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
